By using the MEDIKA site, you agree to the conditions below. Please read this document carefully.

1. Use of the site
This site is intended for finding information about MEDIKA's medical services and for online appointment booking.
You must provide accurate information. If false information is provided, your booking may be cancelled.
2. Booking and cancellation
Bookings are made online. A slot is held for 5 minutes — within that time the booking must be confirmed.
We recommend cancelling at least 3 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect rebooking terms.
3. Payment
Service prices follow the published price list on this site and at the Clinic. Online payment conditions will be shown on the payment page when available.
4. Medical disclaimer
Information on this site is for general guidance only and is not intended for self-treatment. Diagnosis and treatment are provided only after an in-person consultation with a doctor.
5. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (phone, OTP code) confidential. All activity in your account is your responsibility.
6. Copyright
All text, images, design elements and source code on this site belong to MEDIKA and are protected by copyright law.
7. Disclaimer of liability
The Clinic is not liable for damages caused by temporary site unavailability or third-party service outages (SMS, maps, etc.).
