This document describes how MEDIKA medical clinic (the Clinic) collects, stores, and protects information on this website. It is prepared in accordance with the Republic of Uzbekistan law 'On Personal Data'.
This document is a draft. The final text is approved by the Clinic's legal team.
1. Data we collect
Through this site the Clinic collects: phone number, full name (optional), email (optional), the service and doctor you choose, and the appointment time.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, page-visit timestamps. We use this data for security and to improve the site.
2. How we use your data
To confirm bookings and send reminders.
To prepare your visit and connect you with the right doctor.
To respond to your requests.
To improve the site and run anonymous analytics.
3. Confidentiality of medical data
Patient medical data (test results, diagnoses, recommendations) is visible only to that patient and to authorised Clinic staff.
Phone numbers are stored encrypted (HMAC tokens and Fernet encryption). The site shows numbers with a mask.
4. User rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data.
To send a request: email privacy@medika.uz or contact the Clinic administration.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not share data with third parties, except: with your written consent; when required by law (court, investigation); when necessary to deliver medical care.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies for authentication sessions, language preference, and security tokens. You can disable cookies in your browser (some features may stop working).
7. Changes
The Clinic may update this document from time to time. The most recent update date is shown above.
